I appreciated the helpful staff . they quickly offered me a better room on my second night. This enhanced the experience. breakfast included fresh products and local flavors, and it was served in the charming central courtyard. i enjoyed the beautiful rooftop terrace. I even got a morning workout there.

My beautiful suite was huge, offering a comfortable bed and beautiful shower. the lounge area featured a flat screen tv. It was perfect. the riad maintained a traditional air, showcased with plants and birds singing throughout the day.

the riad had three beautiful courtyards where i could relax and breakfast was served in one. breakfast included eggs, bread, pastries and more, very varied. the room was so cozy with a courtyard view. the beds were comfortable, and i had enough space to move around, just perfect!

The riad was very charming and beautifully decorated in a traditional style. I especially liked the three courtyards. They created unique relaxing spaces. Breakfast was a highlight, with fresh products and local flavors served in the central courtyard (i enjoyed fresh pastries!). I found the staff to be very kind and helpful during my entire stay.

mixed feelings about my stay
market area unhelpful staff
the included breakfast was fine , a pretty basic start to the day.
the location was a bit of a letdown , not ideal. it reminded me of i had to navigate a market area that resembled slums just to reach the hotel. parking was also a nightmare , and the staff seemed unhelpful when i asked to cancel my reservation due to these issues.

clean room helpful staff nice breakfast
The riad was very clean. Rooms were cleaned daily. Breakfast was included and quite nice. It had eggs, bread, and pastries. The staff was helpful. They assisted with restaurant recommendations and taxi arrangements. THE roof terrace was another highlight.
The non-functional locker was a problem, and I needed to request a heater in advance.

nice staff helpful manager good recommendations
i found the staff nice and accommodating. the hotel manager explained everything at the beginning of my stay including where to find main attractions and best places to eat. i recommend this riad for the medina experience
